YOUTH FITNESS

Youth exercise classes provide a foundation for a healthy lifestyle, teaching sound training techniques and exercise fundamentals.

Be Strong

Ages 5-High School

This program will introduce kids to strength training using F.I.T.T. Principles in ways that are fun, creative, and motivating. Participants will create personal fitness journals using the S.M.A.R.T. concept making long term goals and weekly short term goals. Under the fitness coach’s direction, kids will learn the importance of accountability, consistency, and creating habits that lead to a healthy, happy lifestyle.

Kids Run Club

Ages 5-7 or Ages 8-10

Children involved Run Club are working to be physically fit and healthy. Run Club provides many valuable life-learning tools that can develop skills from childhood right through into adulthood. For example: better concentration for school work, building of confidence, time management skills, goal setting and participating within a team and as an individual. Every week our runners will challenge themselves to run stronger, and improve on their time and distance.

Healthy Youth

Ages 7-13

We are excited to offer a new nutrition education & exercise program designed for children and their parents. Each session includes nutrition content and physical activity. The program creates a safe, fun, and active environment where families have the opportunity to explore and adopt proven methods to living a healthier lifestyle.

Intro to Sports Performance Training

Ages 11-13

Sports Performance Training improves functional movement to support the physical demands of sports. We help athletes of all levels minimize weaknesses, decrease injury risk, and build strength, power and endurance. For younger athletes, the Intro to Sports Performance Training takes place in a large-group setting of 6-10 athletes, led by a certified personal trainer.

Sports Performance Training

High School Age

Sports Performance Training improves functional movement to support the physical demands of sports. We help athletes of all levels minimize weaknesses, decrease injury risk, and build strength, power and endurance. For High School athletes, Sports Performance Training takes place in a small-group setting of 3-6 athletes, led by a certified personal trainer.
