YOUTH RUNNING & TRIATHLON

Y Sports programs focus on fun, teaching kids sport-specific skills while helping them grow personally by clarifying values such as sportsmanship and fair play.

Youth Running Club

Ages 4-14

Running clubs bring people together to get into the rhythm of the running experience, helping to build endurance and speed. Especially with our programs for kids, we’ll introduce stretching and warmup activities, along with mechanical concepts to improve technique.

Youth Triathlon Training

Ages 6-12

Triathlon events can be great for kids. With three fun sports (swimming, biking and running), triathlons offer kids the chance to learn a variety of exercise skills. Gearing up for an event day-celebration through a good exercise program, our training program introduces kids to the competition, developing techniques in each discipline.
