Our swim coaches strive to offer a well-rounded, values-centered program for every level of swimmer.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"program-block back-purple-3\">\r\n  <h3>Intramural Swim Teams <\/h3>\r\n  <p>This intramural team is a great stepping stone for children who love to swim and want to improve their strokes and endurance with a view to joining a competitive swim team. For children who successfully complete Stage 4 and who are interested in advancing to a competitive swim team. (Ages 6-13).<\/p>\r\n  <p>Practice is twice per week for an hour.<\/p>\r\n  <div class=\"register-link clearfix\">\r\n    <p>Available year-round<a href=\"https:\/\/operations.daxko.com\/Online\/5192\/ProgramsV2\/Search.mvc?category_ids=TAG10676&#038;location_ids%5B0%5D=B562\" class=\"btn btn-primary pull-right\" target=\"_blank\">Register<\/a><\/p>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"program-block back-purple-1\">\r\n  <h3>HAY Lightning Swim Team<\/h3>\r\n  <p>A competitive YMCA and USS registered association swim team that practices at all 3 of our branches and participates in swim meets throughout the area. The HAY Lightning Swim Team offers a year round opportunity for competitive swimming in both YMCA and USA Swimming, as well as seasonal clinics for aspiring competitive athletes. HAY is comprised of girls and boys from age 6 through high school.<\/p>\r\n  <p>Short Course runs September &#8211; mid-February.<\/p>\r\n  <p>Long Course runs mid-April &#8211; mid-July.
