CELEBRATE YOUR CHILD’S BIRTHDAY AT THE Y
Celebrate your birthday or event at the Y! We offer a variety of party packages including access to a birthday party room and use of our facility. Our most popular events are pool parties, gymnastics parties, and sports parties, which cost $260 member / $390 non-member. Other rentals include graduation, youth group overnights, and adventure packages.
Outside of the winter months, we offer additional outdoor options for your social gathering. Popular parties are held at both our onsite Ropes Adventure Course and at the outdoor pool.

- Our staff is here to facilitate the party for parents for a stress free, relaxing experience.
- Please book parties 2 weeks prior to intended date. A final head count is due to the YMCA 1 week prior to the party.
What to Expect
Your child will have a get together to look forward to with friends in honor of their special day. We’ll have fun, be active and enjoy time together!
POOL PARTIES
Indoor Pool Parties
Enjoy 60 minutes of free swim in our YMCA indoor pool celebrating your child’s birthday with friends. Our friendly, trained aquatics staff will ensure your group will have a safe, fun experience in your own section of the pool. Free swim will also include some structure with water games and relay races. Parties concludes with 25 minutes in a dedicated room for the birthday child to enjoy social time with their friends and open presents.
Ensure a smooth & stress free party with our Y certified lifeguard & 1 hour of free swim in our pool (ages 4-15). The party will begin with all kids taking a swim test for safety purposes * (treading water for 1 minute unassisted).
After swim tests, kids will have a blast swimming & playing in our family pool for the remainder of the hour. For the last 30 minutes of the party, kids & guests will transition to our party room.
* For every 3 non-swimmers (children who did not pass the swim test), 1 adult must be in the water with those children.
GYMNASTICS Party
For the first 60 minutes, participants will flip, hang, & balance on all of our gymnastics apparatus. At the end of the activity portion, each child will perform a mini obstacle course & receive a water bottle as a favor. For the last 30 minutes of the party, party goers will transition to the party room.
SPORTS PARTY
The birthday party boy or girl and their family and friends will enjoy 1 hour in the gym playing various sports, activities, & backyard games. Options include soccer, basketball, tag, races, pillow polo, hockey, dodgeball, & much more! Once your time in the gym has ended, guests will be invited to our party room for the last 30 minutes of your party experience.
DANCE PARTY
The birthday guest of honor has the choice of choreographing a dance routine or having fun & silly dance games such as dance freeze, musical chairs, & more! When the hour of fun is complete in the dance studio, all guests are invited to our party room for refreshments & friendship for the remaining 30 minutes of your party experience.
Cost includes:
2 staff for up to 20 children – Member Cost: $245 / Non-Member Cost: $348
For 21-25 children, a $40 fee will be charged for additional staff.
ENRICHMENT PARTY
1-2-3 Grow Party
Perfect for ages 1-4. Guests will enjoy 60 minutes in the kids gym with free play & organized games. Children will sing songs, play parachute & much more. The last 30 minutes of the party, children will enjoy refreshments and friendship in the party room.
Cooking / Baking Party
Each child will decorate their own cooking apron to wear while they create an English muffin pizza or two large cookies. While the food is cooking, kids will play in the kids gym. They’ll return to eat their creations & celebrate the birthday child.
Spa Party
Guests of honor & guests will enjoy an hour of pampering while getting their hair & nails done. Once the hour is done, guests will celebrate in the party room for 30 minutes.
STEM Party
Guest of honor & their guests will enjoy 60 minutes of Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math activities. Following the STEM activity, party goers will transition to the party room for 30 minutes of refreshments & celebration

2 staff for up to 10 children – Member Cost: $270 / Non-Member Cost: $405
For 11-20 children, a $40 fee will be charged for additional staff.
