Holiday Happenings This Season
HOLIDAY HAPPENINGS AT OUR YMCA
A FREE FESTIVE EVENT AT ALL 3 BRANCHES
A DRIVE BY SANTA EVENT:
- Saturday, December 19th 2:30pm – 3:30pm at our branches in Foxboro, Franklin and North Attleboro
- Free event, but registration is required. A maximum of 50 families per branch. Register today!
- Santa will visit each car and bring reindeer food, holiday crafts, candy canes & fun! His magic elves will line up outside each of our branches to assist Santa and greet your family, socially distanced. We ask that everyone remain in their cars.
- Please bring a canned good to donate to our Food Access program.
JOIN US IN GIVING BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY & NEIGHBORS IN NEED
Donations to our local food access initiative are encouraged throughout the week. And stop by any of our branches to choose a tag from our Giving Tree in our lobbies to help a Y family in need for the holidays.
FOOD DRIVE:
- Together, we can help our neighbors and friends during these unprecedented times. We continue our dedication to preventing hunger in our communities.

FOOD ACCESS HOLIDAY COUNTDOWN CALENDAR:
- We encourage individuals and families to participate in our Food Access Holiday Countdown Calendar this holiday season!
- View our flyer with all the information.
- Each day, add an item to a box. By Monday, December 21st, please drop off at a Y branch. We encourage families to decorate their box and show us how they are “Sharing The Love” this holiday season. All items will be given to families we support through our Food Access Initiative. Your help will provide extra food and love to neighbors in need.
GIVING TREE PROGRAM:
- Help local families in need this holiday season through our Annual Giving Tree Program
- How it works:
- Pick a tag from our Giving Tree. (If you wish to call us to select a tag, we can provide you with the tag information over the phone.)
- Purchase the gift listed on the tag.
- Return unwrapped gift with original tag by Dec. 1 to the Member Service Desk.
- Gifts will be distributed the week of Dec. 7 to the families.
- Thank you for your support! Giving Trees in our branch lobbies are a powerful example of the generosity and spirit of social responsibility exhibited by our members and staff. Thank you for joining with us to create meaningful moments for YMCA families in need.
