Our Yoga and Pilates classes will help you develop flexibility, strength and balance. By emphasizing symmetry of body and mind, classes will improve your body awareness, helping you live more comfortably.

BALANCE CORE

A class designed to focus on strengthening balance by engaging the core with barre and yoga inspired movements.

CHAIRLATES

A low impact, high energy class that incorporates barre, pilates, and sculpting exercises using a chair. This is not a seated class.

CHAIR YOGA

A gentle approach to flexibility, balance and strength while seated in a chair.

GENTLE FLOW YOGA

Restore and nurture with simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility.

PILATES/BARRE-FUSION

Enhance and tone abs, lower back, glutes, arms and core while improving flexibility and posture in this multilevel class, fused with the use of a variety of equipment.

PILATES FUSION

Pilates based workout using abs and core while getting a full deep body stretch.

POWER YOGA

A vinyasa power style class designed to flow along while increasing the body’s range of motion and strength.

STRENGTH & STRETCH YOGA

A basic foundational yoga where postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA

Lose yourself in a smooth sequence of poses beautifully paired with breath.

YOGA FUSION

A blend of yoga poses with other fitness regimens, such as Pilates or strength training allowing for increased flexibility, strength and reduction of stress.

YOGA WITH QIGONG

A relaxing yet stimulating ancient system for rejuvenating energy, toning the internal organs using Qigong exercises. Includes a meditative body scan which allows life force energy to flow refreshing every single cell.
