Crosstraining classes combine cardio exercises with a series of resistance exercises. Our programs are designed to provide varied workouts that challenge you at your own fitness level.

BARBELL STRENGTH

Barbell and dumbbell based strength training class.

BAREFOOT FIT

A cardio fusion of postures, low impact exercises and functional movements. Class integrates the newest barefoot training methods to help you strengthen your body from the ground up.

BARRE

Barre is a hybrid of ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.

BOOT CAMP

A high energy, high intensity class that guarantees to burn calories and build strength through full body workouts.

BUILD & BURN

Build and tone with dumbbells as cardio intervals are worked in for maximum burn.

BUILT BY BANDS

A resistance class using mini bands that focuses on strength and endurance.

FUNCTIONAL CIRCUITS

A stations-based class using varying equipment to burn fat and build strength.

HIIT/CORE

high intensity interval training (HIIT) – Bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity with a focus on core strength.

LOW IMPACT FITNESS

Improve strength, lower blood pressure, and reduce stress while cutting down on the risk of injury. A great class for all levels.

POUND

A full body workout combining the fun of drumming and different types of fat burning exercises. It includes a ripstix to create light resistance and combines strength training, cardio with Pilates, and yoga movements.

SENIOR FITNESS

45 minutes of a low impact workout designed to improve balance, flexibility, strength and cardio combined with a bit of socializing and getting to know your classmates.

SENIOR SOCIAL

A senior class that focuses on cardiovascular health and strength training. 30 minutes of energetic cardio and 30 minutes of work on our nautilus machines to help you with strength training.

SPORTS CONDITIONING

Strength, cardio conditioning and agility are all ignited during this calorie scorching class.

STRENGTH TRAINING (aka RIP)

A strength training class that focuses on isolating each major muscle group for increasing strength, definition and metabolism.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING

A full body workout that targets all major muscle groups using challenging exercises that increase strength, decrease body fat, and improve overall conditioning.
