Counselors In Training (CIT)
The CIT program is for teens interested in working in a fun camp setting. CITs participate in courses teaching camp traditions in exciting ways and develop leadership skills to become a future YMCA camp counselor. Completion of the CIT program does not guarantee future employment. All CITs must attend our mandatory training week, and attend an interview prior to registering for the program. All CITs must commit to a minimum of 6 weeks. If interested, fill out a CIT application available at our Member Service Desk or download below. You will be contacted for an interview.
