Franklin Spring2013
"The Y is the best way to begin my day.  I've been doing it for 26 years and plan on doing it for many more.  I swim as soon as the pool opens in the mornings, five days a week.  It's what keeps me going and living a healthy lifestyle." - Sophie

Our Reach: At the YMCA, senior adults have the chance to stay fit, socialize and grow in spirit mind and body.

Our Opportunities: Hockomock Area YMCA gives active adults a chance to share their time and talents with others, like children and teens.

The Live Y'ers and TGIFF (Thank-God-I'm-Fifty-Five) Clubs are social clubs for people interested in exploring similar interests while having fun in a group setting.  Annual membership is FREE for Y members and only $30 for nonmembers.  In addition to regular meetings, the club also plans day and overnight trips, learning opportunities, special events, exercise classes, and more!  Pick and choose what you participate in based on your interests and passions.

The club meets on the third Thursday at our North Attleboro branch.  We look forward to your participation in the activities planned for the coming months.

Fitness Opportunities
