Member Service is Our First Priority
At the Hockomock Area YMCA, our philosophy is “Whatever It Takes!”  Member Service Desks serve as check-in points, information stations, places to purchase YMCA gear or small gym-related items, locations where assistance is available -- all-around go-to areas where members always receive service with a smile.  We welcome all feedback. Please stop by to make requests, voice concerns, or submit comments about your YMCA experience.

Member Rewards Program

Together, our members help the YMCA in its mission to strengthen kids, families, and the community.  In appreciation, some great local businesses are extending to you special member discounts.  The rewards flier gets updated every 4-8 weeks.  Keep an eye on our homepage and take advantage of these savings!

E-Newsletters
Members who have a current and valid e-mail address on file will receive our e-newsletters filled with timely announcements, reminders, and helpful tips and hints. If you would like your name added to our e-mail list, please stop by any Member Service Desk to provide staff with information.

AWAY Program
Ask at any member service desk about this program if you are planning a business trip or vacation that is at least 50 miles from the Hockomock Area YMCA.  This service is free of charge, up to 12 times per year.

My Y is Every Y in New England
Another great reason for being a YMCA member!  Starting June 1st, 2011, your YMCA membership card will provide you free access to any YMCA membership facility in New England.  We are for healthy living and we want you to stay active and keep moving!  Now, we have made sure there is a Y wherever you are.  So get out and explore New England, visit friends and relatives, and remember to take your Y card with you.

All YMCA members from Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont will be welcome - free - with their current YMCA ID card anywhere in New England.

Some restrictions may apply, so go to your YMCA's website and click on My Y Is Every Y to learn more.  There are no restrictions for YMCA members visiting our Hockomock Area YMCA branches, however you MUST provide photo ID upon entry to the facilities.

Wireless Access
The Foxboro, Franklin, and North Attleboro Branches now provide free high-speed Internet access in each of their lobby areas; users must have their own personal laptops. Wi-Fi computer networking technology allows computers and PDAs to send and receive Internet data via a wireless network.  Please ask for connecting instructions or assistance at the Member Service Desks.
