The YMCA Dance Program is a progressive recreational program that enriches dancers age 2 to 92!  Boys and girls learn various dance styles, and adults build strength and flexibility.  Some of our branches provide the opportunity for more challenging, pre-competitive dance instruction.  Classes are designed to offer quality dance instruction in a fun, enjoyable learning environment.  If uncertain of the class your child should take, please let us know!

Parent/Caregiver and Child Classes:

Ages 3-5: Dance Magic One, Dance Magic, Princess Dance
Ages 4-5: Dance Magic Two, Tap/Ballet Combo, Tap/Ballet One and Two
Ages 4-6: Pandemonium for Boys, Princess Dance, Pre Hip Hop, Ballet and Beam
Ages 5-7: Tap/Ballet One, Tap One, Ballet One, Ballet/Jazz Combo
Ages 7-10: Hip Hop One, Ballet Two/Lyrical, Jazz Two, Tap/Ballet Two
Ages 10-14: Hip Hop Two

Age 7-17: Performance Team

Ages 3-5: Dance Magic

Private Dance Lessons:
Private dance lessons are also available for all ages.

Dance Birthday Parties: Choose any theme or dance style you would like: from ballet to high school musical, hip hop to Hannah Montana and we’ll make it happen. Partygoers will spend time in our dance studio warming up, and practicing a dance routine. They then move to our party room for cake and refreshments (provided by the parents), presents, and the rest of the party. Contact us to book your birthday party today.

Dance Camps: Dance camps are for children and take place throughout the summer and during December, February, and April vacation weeks.
